Other Half Oh . . . Forever IIPA. I'm beginning to think these guys can't make a bad IPA, although I wouldn't mind seeing them try a bitter, West Coast version. Seems like the first couple of times I had All Green Everything, it was closer to that . . .



And as much as I'm digging NYC, I miss CA a lot:

@Dragginballs76. This was outstanding. Nice head retention/lacing for a sour. Aromas and flavors of big tart/sour lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, sea salt, coriander, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bread dough malts; light pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; light wheat tang, and coriander spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp/clean finishing. Balanced bready/grainy wheat and lactic acid; light salinity and tang in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/carbonated dryness; no pucker. Very flavorful/refreshing, 4%. Not overly lactic or salty. Awesome balance of vibrant yuzu, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity; with just the right amount of salt/coriander spice. Loved it, spot on style as expected. 4.15


Excellent hazy IPA. Lasting head retention/thick foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, and pine hops; with balanced wheat, biscuit dough, light honey/toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts and sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Some resins/rinds, light-moderate increasing dryness; no hop astringency. Very smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 7.5%. Nicely soft. Great Citra/Simcoe profile. Very juicy and fairly dark/earthy hop complexity; great bready pale/wheat malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin drying. Really well done. 4.03
