    Chouffe N'ice. Recycled picture to be honest, but the setting is exactly the same.

    @911CROFT and @JamFuel bellow are two pictures I took from someones notebook at Cloudwater taproom in Manchester a couple of weeks ago. Not checked all of it out myself (work) but I think it's a nice list.

    A "Spiced Winter Sour" by Pohjala brewed with fermented cranberries, cinnamon, cloves, hibiscus and heather honey. Fantastic stuff.

    Was wanting to review this in NBS but I got drunk quicker than expected and don't know if I feel like writing up my thoughts. FWIW it is far better than the Serpent Bite from the same brewery.

    It's still the holiday weekend and I was in the mood for some hops.... Bottled on 03/30/17. Right near 18 months.

    Honey and light caramel, orange marmalade and pine sap. Then the alcohol warms, and lingers, and lingers. It is great, but hopefully I have more willpower with the 2 WWS's I have left about the same age. Cheers people, and enjoy!

    Terrapin gamma ray wheat wine
    ..intense flavor of honey and banana with a nice spice background. This was one of the most flavorful beers I've had in a while[​IMG]

    First beer of the day is 2018 BCBS. I could tell how thick it was pouring it. Like bourbon barrel aged chocolate syrup, effing delicious.

    Some midwestern rap to go with my midwestern beer...

    Starting old school. I don’t think I have bought one of these during the last 10-15 years. Does not taste at all like my incorrect memory. Malty, but with a real bitter edge. I keep on sipping it trying to decide if I like it. That’s actually not a bad place to be. I’d buy again more frequently.
