This is a collaboration with Off Color, saison with juniper berries and peppercorns, if the menu is to be believed. If You Please has just a slight chlorine-like note to it that is distracting from an otherwise nice peppery, dry, yeast-influenced saison. No obvious juniper, so could that be the odd taste?

 

Thursday = almost Friday. Friday = gonna suck. Therefore, Thursday = pre-suck?

Anyway, drinking some New England stache in hopes that it will force my hand to get some new ones over the holidays dare I go for 2 on a work night, who knows!?

This is the most transparent of all theme days despite being dark. Drink with the Duvel Day (first Saturday in June) is the one that’s questionable.
