I don't really have a rooting interest, or anything. So simply because I am drinking a beer from Charlottesville, VA I will choose UVa


Actually - I think and hope it'll be a good game, if UVa can get out of their own way on offense - which is a crap shoot. Isn't one of the Gamecocks stas out for the game?

I picked up a bomber of Christmas Cake myself at Cloudwater in Manchester earlier this year. Had no good good moment to open it yet. But I understand it keeps for some time

@SABERG Dude... half-French myself but fully proud that you're making a hard core cassoulet (I hope). My French Grandfather, a chef from age 16 until 74 when he died, always told me to "break the crust 4 times, add a 5th layer of crumbs" to make it a real one. Still follow that advice to this day, but good on ya, regardless of what recipe, regional style and combo of meats you're using. Photo later?

Happy Saturday! Higher Burnin' from LIC Beer Project is always fruit-hop flavorful with moderate to high bitterness. I dropped this one on the way out of the woodshop, hence the fluff.

 

It's a little early in the day for this, but what the hell, it's a good one.
