    I went out for a walk, and ended up at Cottontown Brew Lab, and had a Rudolph Red ale- one of their holiday beers. Some manner of cherry porter would be my guess.

    I love how this song evolved from country to soul to one esKimo.

    When I’m in Asheville I reach for their beers, when fresh they’re terriffic beers. Buriel is my favorite, but Highland is right behind them.

    Ran the table of all the beers on tap here at Gulf Stream. Great new brewery and worth a stop if you're visiting Fort Lauderdale. Thanks to my amazing wife who is my designated driver!

    I seem to be going downhill today with selecting tasty and desirable beers...

    look: 4 | smell: 3.25 | taste: 3.25 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3.25

    Mildly hazy, peach-colored yellow body supporting a thick, frothy head. Aroma of slightly overripe fruit; some dull orange. Watery cereal grain taste; some citrus zing and low-key hop bitterness. Medium body; a bit of tingle on the palate; a slight dryness overall.

    There is not much to make of this beer other than there is little distinctive flavor or sensory appeal.
