    Had this at DDC's brewpub a couple hours ago. It's their Morality. An IPA they did with The Alchemist.

    Moved on to this one when I got home. This is their first time bottling it - it is super fresh, bottled this month. REALLY REALLY good stuff! Cheers!

    Yep, I learned that lesson the hard way also. I've also noticed that hand washing my Duvel glass with a dishwashing brush is taking the gold print off, best to use a rage or a sponge. If it's a brewing day, I rinse my beer glasses out really well and soak them in sanitizing solution instead.

    it has been a LONG 2 + weeks with hurricanes and nor easters and no power and then a trip to NC where my entire extended family had a stomach virus for the past few days handing it off from one person to the other, but tonight i am back home, feeling 100%, and the power is ON!!! (and there appears to be no more lines for gas!!!!)...so figured i'd celebrate with something local that i meant to drink the first night of the hurricane.

    Certainly is a problem not wanting to drink these fresh! I have 2 I want to TRY and age, but hell that may not happen! :grinning:
