think Megabite is kinda plain Jane. I loved Symbols of Math. Those bright, floral, piney flavors are where it’s at in my opinion

 

Noob Question.....Can you purchase cans at their physical location, or can you only purchase in stores? Will be coming in to town the week the NCAA Tourney starts to throw a little surprise Bachelor party for my brother.....TIA

 

To my knowledge, it's very rare to buy any cans at Miskatonic. I did once but that was a year or so ago. Best bet are hitting Binny's or small taproom/bottle shops.

Agreed Binnys and bottles shops, follow their Twitter as they post what delivery days to which areas of the city. usually first day is the city and some burbs and the next day they finish up deliveries to the remaining burbs. There website also shows what is canning next.

Found another 4 pack of Unwind, so happy. I'm surprised this one didn't get more rave reviews. It's my fave from them so far.

 

Signal was at Ovie. Love being able to buy a single though it is pricey

Went to Madison Vine in the west loop yesterday, hoping to find Normalize, but instead I found Wintery Mix. I was a little sad when I missed out on that one a couple weeks ago, bonus points for them. The bloke there said that HB occasionally drop by, it may be here tomorrow. Lucky I had a trip planned to Crafted, scored a 4 pk of Normalize there plus many other tasty beverages. It shall be a good weekend

 

Normalize the Signal is a winner. As mentioned, the mouthfeel is nailed, plus it has that deep hop saturation that separates the better hazy producers, imo. Super intrigued by Sabro hops as I picked up a pleasant coconut flavor.

 

Rush out and buy Normalize the Signal... Urbs in Horto was good with Sabro, this just hit it out of the park. Tavern Cut/Double Grid level right here. Did they put lactose in this? The mouthfeel is cloud like. Bursting with hops, got straight juice first couple of sips. Did they put fruit juice in here? Nice slight, balanced, but rounded rind edge. This went down way too quick.

Edit: also, at this point I would take my HB reviews with a grain of salt as my bias is totally compromised by how much I've been enjoying them..

 

NTS is absolutely amazing. These sabro hops have a pineapple, and to a lesser extent, coconut flavor to me. Agree with @HouseofWortship my pint was finished rather quick.
