Grabbing a taste here ba. Life and Fate 1, dipa, from Root +Branch. Decent hop juice,

 

Utepils Springbok... straight outta the can!



Very good stylistic rendition, which means I need to stock up while it’s still in season.

 

Poured into a 13 oz Free Will glass canned on 3/13/19. Pours a very hazy dark yellow oarange with a finger plus sticky white head that spotty streaks of lace behind with excellent retention. 4.75

Smell pineapple, tangerine, guava, and little grapefruit really pleasant! 4.75

Taste follows juicy and crazy tropical all the way pineapple, tangerine, guava, passionfruit, and a little hit of grapefruit but very little. 4.75

Mouthfeel is bigger than average, soft gentle carbonation, not dry but a tad sticky from all the fresh hops, and at 7.6% ABV so crushable, but loaded with flavor. 4.75

Overall this is a wow beer, I will put this one in the Big Leagues with many other NEDIPAs in the country. 4.75

That Raspberry Tart went down like an express elevator in zero gravity.

Onto WestO Soak from the can and a bowl of soup.

It's NE-IPA-esque but doesn't quite cross over.

It was a quiet day at the office so I ducked out early. I’m drinking Intellectual Property, an Imperial Stout, at District 96 Brewing. It tastes like liquid black forest cake with lots of rich dark chocolate and fresh, tart raspberry. Really tasty. Cheers to the weekend, BA’s!

Modern Times / Dreamspeaker. Nice to be hitting my home stash after having some disappointing beers out for the tourney yesterday. I did enjoy my Yards PAs however.

I honestly can't remember. Maybe something to do with Bayern winning the Bundesliga (2017ish?) or the German national team winning World Cup. It came in a gift pack with several beers. I've come to appreciate the sport through my kids and I always need more beer glasses...

 

Arguably the best ESB in WMass now in this packaging.

And pretty fresh to boot.
