    Peace, Jeff. FWIW, they publicly acknowledged that they changed their fermentation profile. I personally don't care for it. When I scroll through my phone and look at old pics, it's clear to me that the old beers had a different hue. That was my first clue before I ever read about the change. My second clue was the taste. Cheers.

    Had to check this out. This was great! Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, green pepper, and pine hops. Bone dry, crisp, clean, refreshing, high carb finishing. Light carbonic acid bite. No harshness on the finish. Awesome Equinox, Citra, Centennial profile. Very vibrant/dank complexity. Would buy again. Tastes very similar to a lot of their IPAs, not surprisingly. They always use my favorite hops. One of the best seltzer type things I've had. Would recommend for IPA cravings at work.:stuck_out_tongue:

    Prairie Apple Brandy Barrel Noir, 12% ABV. Pours black with the typical Prairie ring of brown bubbles. Nose is apple brandy, taste follows and as it reaches 55 degrees F the chocolate shows up. Excellent mouthfeel, though a touch watery, still overall outstanding.

    Bell's Hopslam (my last one)



    ...and after a nice afternoon out in the Fortress of Solitude yesterday, listening to CDs and tapes, both my tape player and receiver have crapped out (one cassette well doesn't play, and the receiver has no sound no matter what I do). I can live without the cassettes, but gotta have my CDs and radio, so looks like a trip to BestBuy tomorrow to get another receiver.
