Space Diamonds from the 4/6 release is tasting real good, I gonna indulge this week since a new batch is coming.

Best regularly released OH beer, edging out DDH ACE by a nice margin.

Both beers are desert island contenders, but from my experience the best batches of Space Diamonds>the best batches of ACE.

Having said that, batch variation with Space Diamonds seems much higher than batch variation with ACE.

Was going to say this. First time I had space diamonds was a batch in mid-2018 and it was probably the best OH beer I had ever had. Then I got it at second time in like November 2018 and it was super green/astringent and really put me off space diamonds. Have the more recent batches been better?

I’m a citra slag. But the last couple batches of space diamonds may have a razor thin edge over their recent citra cousins

There were quite a few rough batches of galaxy beers late into the summer/through the fall in 2018

On the one hand, it's kind of on the nose for an Other Half employee to say their most memorable beer is an Other Half beer. On the other hand, Geriz drinks some monster whales according to his IG. It's not like OH needs more publicity or hype, so I'm inclined to believe he thinks the 5th anni stouts were that good.

That ACE Experimental was really good, putting that next to recent space diamonds would be a tough call. Also that Mouthful of Diamonds collab with Foam was great

Agree here, most recent Space Diamonds batches have been really good again. Which I am happy for as I have a love affair with Galaxy

Agree with both points here. Kind of too obvious it would be an OH beer, but i've follwed Geriz on IG for a while and he takes down some of the most sought after stuff regularly. Speaks volumes if that statement is 100% truthful.

Yep! That is him, that was a really cool move by him on Sat. From what I had read when that stout came out, Thai Banana is a smaller variety that is a bit sweeter than what Americans get in the supermarket. The "Wild" just seems like some nice marketing by OH /end massive post

I'm driving down for a long weekend in NYC from MA in a couple weeks. Was wondering if OH allows you to buy single cans, or can you only buy full 4pks? I'd like to come home with a little bit of everything available, but also don't really need to come home with half a dozen 4pks!

Yeah this really is the beer that brings citra slags, galaxy fiends, lactoboiz and puritans together - if it was a collab with monkish people would be hyping it up endlessly

and trillium! for real though, one of my least favorite parts of other half, and definitely stops me from buying more beer. I'd still get full packs of the stuff im excited about, I just dont need 4 of everything.

Just make a Other Half Quarters app... Find three people to 4-pack share with.

Or just share your excess with your local friends... The beer circle of life will get you back.
