    The Chimay makes a nice pour! I had a vintage glass like that, but I broke it in the sink. Have to browse the local thrift shops to find a replacement.

    I’m a one-and-done for today, but what a one. Alien Church is flat out awesome, what a joy to drink an IPA that is bursting with lemon citric dank and have a nice subtle bitterness on the finish. The people who have regular access to this one are lucky. Cheers all

    This batch #3 was aged in Bourbon casks. Makes it rather sweet. No real depth in taste in my opinion. Just interesting to try (for one time). Cost for this barrel aged is around 27 euro/dollar.

    The Duvel Cashmere is with € 2,20 not only because of its reasonable price a much better option (and the Citra too ofcourse).
