    Over in Knoxville Iowa today. I've got to say, I've liked Peace Tree beer in the past, but they're hazy game is absolutely spot-on.

    I've been busy but I did manage to get a picture of some "artwork" lol.

    Just got a growler fill of "I can't Believe it's not bitter". This little small town Brewery is doing it right!

    Spending the afternoon at Grimm for their first anniversary was the right way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I know I say it on here all the time, but Grimm gives everyone else a run for their money for best brewery in NYC (and that's saying a lot). Cheers all!!

    Hope everyone had a good Saturday so far. Made a smaller beer haul than usual today. Still a nice handful of new ones. Got a mead and cider review for untappd before the beer reviews.

    Fantastic Gose! Solid head retention/minimal lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge juicy/tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin, lemon zest, lime, peach, plum, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, sea salt, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; light peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced grainy wheat, lactic acid, fruit tang, and salinity in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy dryness, minimal pucker. Very smooth, pretty refreshing, not overly lactic/salty, 4.7%. Fantastic balance of super juicy/jammy fruit and Lacto complexity; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy drying. Will seek out other variants for sure! 4.2
