    @r0rschach sent me a box of beer not long ago and included the salsa. The dude lives in Texas. I plan to check out to see if it is sold in Richmond, VA.

    How about a personal local whale for #8700. Transient 2019 vintage. This was insane. Dense black pour, solid head retention, minimal lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, dark roasted coffee, cinnamon, maple syrup, caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, toffee, fudge, brownie batter, roasted nuts, toasted biscuit, and dark bread/crust; with light notes of licorice, molasses, raisin, prune, cherry, fig, date, smoke, char, herbal, grass, wood, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Very mild herbal, grassy, roast, char bitterness; and cinnamon spiciness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and super full body; very creamy, silky, velvety, bready malts; slight slickness, sticky spice, and chalky roast in the mouthfeel. Slightly increasing lingering bitter/spicy dryness; zero cloying, acrid, astringency. Insanely smooth/soft sipping, mild increasing warmth of 13.5%. Insanely rich malts with perfectly balanced maple, cinnamon, vanilla, and fruity/nutty coffee complexity; with mild earthy hops and fruity yeast. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. Literally Cinnamon toast crunch as a stout. Mind blowing delicious. 4.47
