    750 ml. bottled.
    Bottled May, 2017.
    Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a very bright body with some lacing. Nose of wheat, funk, citrus, oak, grass, and hay. Wonderful taste of lemon, oak, a bit of funk, and finishing grapefruit tart and exquisitely crisp. Very nice feel and overall, yet another gem from HFB of Greensboro Bend, VT. Thank you Shaun! Cheers!!!!

    Another new milkshake sour. Had to add it as usual. Excellent as expected. Nearly opaque ruby red/purple color. Nice fluffy head retention/spotty lacing. Aromas and flavors of huge juicy/tart/tangy blackberries, fruit skin/seed, currant, lemon, peach, plum, pear, apricot, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate vanilla, cream, wheat, white bread dough malts; light pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Very mild fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and tannic spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body; very creamy, bready, grainy wheat/lactose; light acidity and fruit tang/tannins in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing acidic/tangy dryness, zero cloying/pucker. Super smooth/soft, pretty refreshing, mildly lactic, zero warming 6%. Awesome balance of super juicy/jammy berries and lacto complexity; with a perfectly balanced lactose and wheat/malt backbone against acidity. Light residual sweetness with lingering tart/tangy dryness. No complaints. Another great sour from Central State as expected. 4
