    Sipping on a Bourbon Barrel Quad from Boulevard. The aromas/flavors have lots of bourbon, malt sweetness, vanilla and the added dark cherries are clearly present. In the background there are hints of other dark fruits and some earthy grassy character.

    Nice rye, hint of lime, not quite as much ginger as I would have liked. Definitely reminiscent of the cocktail while definitely an ale
