    Awesome fruit sour. Great fluffy head retention/lacing for the style. Aromas and flavors of huge juicy/sour/tart/tangy marionberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, peach, plum, pear, apricot, red/green apple, currant, red grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate brown sugar, white bread dough, toasted biscuit malts; lighter notes of peppercorn, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Creamy, bready, grainy malts; and some lactic acid, and fruit tang/tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy fruit dryness; no pucker/astringency. Refreshingly smooth, mellowly lactic, no warmth of 6.5%. Awesome balance of juicy/jammy berries and lacto complexity; with a nice size dark/bready malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy dryness. Would buy again.

    The pork chop removal went well. Only side effect is my throat is sore.

    In Warroad. Did make a brief stop at Lake of the Woods Brewing. Nice place. Got a growler that I will pop open open in NBS.

    Tonight enjoying Oliphant Brewing Medium Talent Imperial Stout 9% ABV.
