    From an IP trade last week.

    Bottom of can:

    "EXPOSED TO ALL THE
    ELEMENTS, WHILE
    INSIDE ALL IS CLEAR
    06/28/19 11:49:09"

    This is my 2nd one of these and I don't remember it being remarkable. This is remarkably different than most of their juice bombs, not as "soft" as the others, and I really like it.

    look: 3.75 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 4

    Cloudy dark brown body; fizzy carbonation with a thin yet lasting light tan head. Heady blend of dark chocolate and roasted grain aromas; note of spiciness. The taste follows along the lines of the smell, a bit more muted; sweet chocolate; cocoa; there is some mild wine-like tartness and tannin flavor in the mix. Medium body; somewhat fizzy and watery on the palate yet packing some nice soft and dry feel along the palate.

    The bottle notes the beer was aged in cabernet wine barrels and brewed with Syrah grape must. Vintage is 2016 with 120 cases bottled. All in all, an interesting take on a saison, delivering some high quality aroma and flavors to the palate. This would be a nice one to see come around again.

    I've always enjoyed dark saisons; aged in red wine barrels, even better!

    Keeping the party going at home ba. Same beer just the canned version. "10" - tenth anniversary ale, triple ipa, from Greenport Harbor. Loading it to the data base and gonna add a favorable review.

    Pre-work beer. My coworkers are becoming increasingly rude and inconsiderate, and the customers can be even worse. Training a new 20 year old girl who saw my broken ankle ajd crutches and asked, "So how long have you been a cripple? Were you born like that?"

    Yeahhh... I think I'm gonna have a quick beer before clocking in.
