Thanks @RaulMondesi for this one. Karl Strauss / Russian River - New California IPA. You put it under the wrong brewery dude. This was awesome. Great fluffy head retention/spotty foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, red apple, berries, wood, mint, citrus peel/rind, green pepper, and pine hops; with moderate cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very smooth, nicely soft, not aggressive, minimal warming 6.5%. Awesome Pahto, Strata, Amarillo, Idaho 7, Ekuanot profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly/dank earthy hops; with a great balanced clean pale malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. Spot on west coast stuff as expected. Loved the hop profile. 4.1

I got no move my friend. Fuck, getting off the couch is an awesome move!. I love your posts and respect your beer opinions. No bullshit, I really do. If someone wants a name to talk IPAs, you will be the one.

Speaking of Treehouse, I do miss it. Seems all my sources are drying up. I am hitting Veil tomorrow. I owe a dude a lot of beer. Check out the Veil release for tomorrow. If there are a few you want, please let me know. I will be happy to pick up a few extra and send.

The thing is, I’ve had a lot of not so hazy hazebois and not so crispy crispybois!

I struggle to keep up with it all, and tha’ malt likka (and a fresh keg!) keeps me sane. :sunglasses:

Just had dogfish head super 8 on tap at local watering hole (Mcfauls Ironhorse tavern), ..... very refreshing slightly sweet a little sour style session. Perfect for dog days of summer.

It has been a Stout kind of day. Having a after dinner Peg Leg Stout which has that coffee and chocolate taste to it. I am not much of a Stout drinker so it is odd for me to have two in one day.
