So the BT Party on Oct 26 is at:
The Hall of Tuesdays - (717 Dunn Way, Placentia, CA 92870)

That address is the tasting room, which seems to small for this.

Is it back in the Barrel Warehouse on Hundley Way? Not sure what "The Hall of Tuesdays" is.

Always enjoyed walking over to the tasting room after the early session for the after party. Hope that's still an option.

Also reserve, no email yet. Did they give out more information regarding the two events the weekend of October 26 & 27?

It also says: "The Black Tuesday Box will be available to current Hoarders and Reserve Society members in their allocations starting on October 9th." on FB

I'm wondering if there even is an HS window. Given that this: "Hoarders exclusive 24 hour priority-access to ALL ticketed The Bruery events", appears not to be implemented yet.

I thought they were going to implement the HS window in October.

OK, based on the above post, maybe I'm wrong.

But a little clarity here would be nice. It really shouldn't be a guessing game

There are two sessions for the BT party. Also, the back area, where they do the tours and the early season get-togethers, is fairly large.

I would guess that "starting on..." refers to the Hoarders access, followed by Reserve the next day.

Edit: it definitely states Oct 9th for Hoarders, 10th for Reserve on Instagram.

The 375ml format has been carrying a $3 premium per bottle for the high end stuff (so like Red Wine BT was $18 for 375 even though 750 was $30). Using that logic, it's a $54-equivalent 750 bottle... which I guess means a $14 brandy premium to take it from Reserve to Grand Reserve?

A year of barrel aging takes the Christmas beers from $11 to $25, and that's a $14 increase, so I'd say the math checks out.

Clearly I haven't had a beer yet today...

That beer lineup for the release party though. Sucks I got to hoarders this year and the 2 beers that are hoarders only, were available to everyone last year and now that double barrel vanilla is available for everyone and no reserve/grand reserve. But ohhh well that lineup as a whole has me excited. Going to be a rough Sunday after.

Not quite following you all the way through your post.

Most of the notifications via email and social media have stated up until today "The Black Tuesday Box will be available to current Hoarders and Reserve Society members in their allocations starting on October 9th." But now IG states the 9th for hoarders and the 10th for reserve. There is your 24hr advance window.

I'm a current reserve member and I have not received the email yet. But if the BT party tickets have opened up, I do not have access to them in my allocations. So, maybe that's your 24hr advance. (correction: I looked in the general "buy online" page on the Bruery website and I see the BT event ticket listing there. But it says, available to society members. Check your allocations. But they are not in my Reserve allocations. So I assume Hoarders are getting a 24hr advance.

Hoarders also got 24hr advance on the Hoarder membership renewal over invited Reserve members and 24hr advance on the September allocations.

Boy, without the email and links, I had to tunnel my way backward into the Black Tuesday release page and subsequent event details. They did a nice job this year and the events look like a hell of a lot of fun. Really wish I could make it down there.

Is that $240 before or after the RS or HS discount?

I think that price is for Grand Reserve.

Anyone know what the typical pour size is at the BT party? 3 ounces?

I wish all my stuff fit in a closet. I'm staring at 18 case boxes right now and that doesn't include the stuff I have in my four chest freezers or the boatload of full boxes in another bedroom.

Not to be that guy but brandy is an alcohol made from distilling wine and the wine can come from any fruit. Cognac is like champagne. While all Congac may be grape brandy, not all French Brandy is Cognac because in order to be labeled as Cognac it has to come from the Cognac region of France just like the only sparkling wine that can be called Champagne has to come from the Champagne region.

This is an odd form of punishment. Are you guys hiring and can you afford me?
