Came home to ANOTHER priority box on my step and immediately thought, 'Oh boy, the Jedi are going to feel this one.'

Curiously, there is no return address. Though the zip code on the label is from Michigan. Since there is both Homes and Speciation in here, I'm lead to wonder if the magnificent bastard @FlintB might be the culprit. What say you, Brian?

Nice work @FlintB and @Franfab and yes Brian you should start leaving notes especially when you send to a newbie like me, lest someone else get accidental credit.

First, the boxes recently are insane! My head has been spinning too much to call everyone out, but I'm amazed at the awesomeness on display here. Damn this is great!

Well, it's time for the very well-disguised mystery beer from @vabeerguy:

Look: a very clear golden color with a medium sized white head. Good lacing in the glass. It looked like a lager at first but the second pour was more hazy, making me think that this was dry hopped or can conditioned.
Aroma: fairly bright hop character with grassy notes, earthy pine, and faint fruit, like strawberries.
Taste: followed the nose for the most part. The bitterness was soft and increased at the end, lingering a bit. The hop character was less prominent but more fruity and floral and the malt character was dry and bready.

Feel: fairly light with medium carbonation. I’m guessing a 5% ABV.

Overall: an enjoyable brew, but it tastes like a shelfie to me. I’m guessing an American Pale Ale or Session IPA with Huell Melon and/or Mosaic hops. Reveal coming up...

Well, I was close, sort of!

Of course @vabeerguy is throwing around F-bombs! This is a 6.2% IPA brewed with Falconer's Flight, which is a blend of 7 classic PNW hops (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Citra®, Cluster, Columbus and Crystal) and some proprietary hops.

Very cool! Thanks, Mike! I enjoyed this one and I especially enjoyed your beautiful granddaughter's artwork!

You were right in that it is a shelf beer. Kindred Spirit is one of just a few local breweries that sell cans outside of their brewery. Probably just to a local market.
