Major congratulations, a marriage that long doesn't happen by accident, a major bucking of the odds considering the divorce rate these days.
Cheers to the Happy Couple !

I feel the same way about cans. I’ll buy any beer in cans over bottles.

Christmas is coming, apparently. Goose Island Christmas IPA. It doesn't suck. Looks great, tastes great. A little spice behind the spruce. Right where I like it.

Austin Brothers Murk Honcho. Fantastic NEIPA. Lasting rocky head retention/thick soapy lacing. Opaquely hazy green color. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, red apple, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; very creamy/bready/grainy malts, and some sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness; no cloying/astringency. Very smooth/soft, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 7.2%. Fantastic Vic Secret, Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Citra profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Another easy winner as expected. 4.23

Pure Project Fingers of Gold IPA (Cashmere, El Dorado, Motueka, Mandarina Bavaria). Very fortunate these guys brought some beer with them to Chicago for FOBAB. Full of bright, vibrant lemon juice and zest, followed by fresh lime, ripe ruby red grapefruit, ripe apricot, tangerine zest, honeydew melon, pineapple candy, bright floral, and a grassy dankness. Soft and creamy. Just an outstanding IPA. Cheers BA!
