    Collective Arts IPA No. 11. Awesome NEIPA. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, and pin e hops; with moderate wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body. Very creamy/bready/grainy malts, some sticky hops, and light resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness; no cloying/astringency. Super smooth/soft, zero warming 5.8%. Awesome Mosaic, Idaho 7 profile. Super juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Loved it, spot on style. Loved the hop profile as expected. Would get again.

    Heater Allen Pils

    Beautiful clear yellow gold color with white cap and lacing.

    An enticing aroma of sweet, bready malt and spicy hops.

    Malt driven taste up front with an emphasis on bready character. Touch of sweetness that resolves into dryness, then a firm spicy, herbal hop character. That sounds simple but this beer is complex and sophisticated with layered hop and malt flavors. A multifaceted brew that's so well made it makes the complex seem simple.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

    This is an exciting lager that easily ranks with European best.

    Happy Saturday peeps!

    Went for early morning shopping at Wally world - not my fav but got it out of the way before the pajama wearing hicks came out in full force!
    Then went for a nice - albeit chilly 30 degree walk at a park I had not been to in a while - very scenic!
