    Also @Buck89 , that Megafauna is a divisive beer. I love it, @Joplamp does not. I'll be interested to see what you think of it.

    Transient: Mind to Devour DIPA
    Homes: Spine DIPA
    Homes: Metaform sour Boysenberry IPA
    Homes: Metaform sour Guava IPA
    Homes: All Sides IPA

    And two menacing blind beers, including a waxed 12 oz bottle !?!

    I'm speechless, Brian. Thank you. Here is the total beer haul today, but this pic does not do justice to the destruction:

    Time for the first blind beer from @FlintB. I split this one with @mattflippin:

    Look: pours a medium-brown color which is darker in the glass. A medium tan head.
    Aroma: huge maple and butterscotch out of the can. Closer inspection reveals milk chocolate and lots of maple, like a maple bar donut. Faint roasted grains as well.
    Taste: lots of maple. Some caramel malt, some coffee, not much chocolate. The base beer seems closer to a brown ale than a stout/porter.
    Feel: medium to full bodied and medium carbed. Warming on the back suggests ABV in the 7-8% range.
    Overall: delicious. I'm guessing a maple coffee imperial brown ale.

    The reveal:

    Pigeon Hill Maple Vanilla Cinna-mom Imperial Stout. "That's Cinna-Mom on French Toast."

    Well, I had some of it but missed the cinnamon, which I totally get now. This is really delicious and does taste like French toast. Great beer Brian!

    Well it's Saturday night, I'm home (with the family), and a truckload (metric fuckton?) of beer was delivered to the house today. Time for another drink courtesy of @FlintB. How about a waxed 12 oz blind bottle?

    Look: fairly dark brown with a modest tan head.
    Aroma: wow this is distinctive. Is it licorice? Maybe agave. Some maple and oak barrel.
    Taste: I'm getting a barrel and guessing tequila. Roasted grains, some faint coffee notes as well. Maybe even strawberry and fruity notes.
    Feel: fairly dry on the finish but big. Guessing 12% ABV.
    Overall: interesting and fun to drink. No clue, but I'll take a stab and say a tequila barrel aged imperial stout.

    Well, shit. At least I got the ABV, the stout, and the barrel, but I totally missed the blueberry and coconut. I wonder how old this one is. I do get some berry now but no coconut. The liquor seems nondescript and I don't get the bourbon.
