It's almost a year old, I'm liking this but I won't review it. A shame as I believe this was a one timer. I was gifted this beer.

3 Sheeps Cuvee Blend 2019 Strong Ale, 8.6% ABV. Pours hazy brown, with a middle-finger of white head that left no lacing. Nose is bread and grapes. Taste is grapes, yeast, bread, slightly sweet, slight bitter close. Excellent mouthfeel, overall excellent.

Yet another great beer @GreenBayBA got me. The glass damn near holds a bomber. I only had about one good swig left in the bottle after filling near the brim, not worth stoppering.

Westmalle Tripel!

Not sure why it took so long for me to latch onto one of these, but it certainly did not disappoint! Maybe not quite as complex as some other Trappist Tripels but make no mistake, Westmalle Tripel is delicious as approachable.

 

Not just the best Christmas beer of them all, one of the best Belgians of any kind. I like this better than Abt 12

 

CBS. Cellar is chilly so no fridge needed. My wife didn’t agree. Flavor additives really emerge more at a cool temp (rather than cold).

This ..... is exceptionally well done. All the flavors mentioned on the label are present (2nd pic), and I think I’m appreciating the burnt sugar the most in this batch.

 

Good call on the vintage barleywine @SawDog505. This is a jkblr version from 2017...

I've been drinking Scotch in the Other Beverages forum tonight. It's open to all if anyone wants to check it out.
