    Bought this the other day on a whim, didn’t go hunting just was at the register upon checking out. This is the only one that showed up in ATL. Good old abv cap limits. Good enough reason to go ahead and pop it!

    Golden yellow body; lots of carbonation; head is incredibly thick, dense, and creamy; fairly clear until the final bottom portion of the bottle is poured, then a darker, cloudy body is present. Wheat and caramel aroma infused with soft notes of banana. Excellent mild grain base with a bold and sweet flavor with fine elements of bananas and cloves; slight fruitiness with a faint suggestion of citrus; candy and caramel apples; honey. Heavy body; smooth and spongy, very soft; warm sweetness slightly cut with some estery juiciness.

    This is a most righteous German hefeweizen, delivering exceptional looks and mouthfeel along with some sensational, classic German wheat beer flavors. Wonderful complexity, lush and inviting depth and character. Simply beautiful...

    Here's my home made Tex/Mex rub seasoning recipe. I suggest mainly on chicken or pork.


    All purpose Mexican seasoning~ (Capital T/heaping Tablespoon. lower case teaspoon)

    8T Chili powder
    4T Cumin
    2T Paprika
    2T Salt
    2t Cayenne Pepper
    2t Garlic powder
    2t Mexican oregano (dried)
    2t Onion powder
    2t Pepper

    Combine in ziploc bag and mix thouroughly
