    Finishing off this Tired Hands Sticky Drippy Crystals. Have been interested in this for a while, and I'm so glad I managed to score a bottle. The massive amounts of fermented honey have turned this into,something truly unusual and unique. So much funk on the nose, but then when you taste it, it's all just dry honey notes (think honey without the sweetness) and beeswax. If you've ever chewed the wax from a honeycomb like gum, then that's exactly how this finishes, all wrapped into a beautifully tart and unbelievably drinkable farmhouse ale. Great stuff. Thanks Ryan!

    If any of you have any special bottles tomorrow and the day after are good days to open them. Treat yourself!

    Just heard I'll be spending new years's eve in Norway. Nice occasion to open this bottle. One I cannot finish tonight however (recapped it). Not manny days off here, but no complaints either :slight_smile:

    I haven't purchased Toppling Goliath in over a year and decided to try this out since it was fresh and new to me; it's excellent! No hop burn, smooth and not too juicy
