Only beer on the plane, so I’ve switched to white wine. And how about this WiFi connection? Stronger than in my house! Cheers!

The appearance remains about the same, the aroma not so honey-centric. The taste retains a bold honey presence but the chili heat and flavor are more intense. The body, still relatively heavy, has more heat to it.

A bit of improvement pretty much across the board.
    ----------------------
Dark honey colored body; one-finger thick head; sticky and foamy. Sweet honey aroma. More honey flavor on first sip and then some slowly developing chili heat; caramel. Heavy body; somewhat flat; lots of residual sugar density.

An acceptable chili beer with strong honey overtones. It's a bit heavy on the residual sugars and the honey flavor, and while decent, this kind of clashes and makes for a rather disjointed tasting experience. Personally, I'd like to experience thinner mouthfeel on things and some minor dial-down overall honey sweetness. That approach would make for a better balance and add to the subtleties possible with honey and chili peppers.
