Morning, BAs! I'm starting a personal month-long draw down on food and beer this Monday, so I won't be around as much during the week. I need to lose some weight, and cutting out lunch beers is a good first step.

But that's a problem for Monday Me; this is Friday. Let's get our glasses out and our horns up! :grinning: \m/ \m/

Good for you, dude. Best wishes. I can identify with your situation as can a few others on this thread who happen to imbibe on some big beers.

Same same. One month would probably not be enough to lose my extra 15 pounds. Not fat, but slightly overweight and an obnoxious beer belly I want to lose before I can show off my pretty body on the beaches this summer.

One month is probably enough for me. I'm a generally thin dude (I wear Medium T-shirts normally). I've let myself go a little bit this last year though, which was probably important for a number of reasons, but it's time to at least catch it early, and maybe establish some better habits.

My eating habits probably need to change more than my drinking, honestly. I cook almost every day, which is awesome and healthy, but way too often I find myself grabbing a snack, some noodles, c-nuggs, or soup late at night.

Getting back on a running schedule wouldn't hurt either, but I don't think my work schedule supports right now.

I still intend to maintain some weekend debauchery. It takes a lot to get me away from New Beer Sunday. :grinning:

Non Belgian Day. Enjoying a super fresh Southern Grist treat - Nose & Taste is very reminiscent of Foam/River Roost which makes me happy.

Premiere is a DDH IPA from Interboro, flavorful with a dry finish.
