    So very lucky. As a IPA snob as my wife describes me I/we 2.5 weeks ago went from home (Northern NY Adirondack Mountain region) to Tree House brewing in Mass & brought home 75 pints of 7 varieties. (Julius, Green, Super Typhoon, King Julius, Haze, JJJulius & Doubleganger. On the way home picked up a 1/2 keg of Todd the Ax Man. Life is good!!!! Wish we could all be as fortunate.

    I’m getting the impression that there are so many conflicting reports and rules with this virus it’s getting hard to know who to trust.

    I do know this stout is absolutely delicious. It still has a strong vanilla bean presence being over a year and a 1/2 old

    i was going to grill or smoke today but it’s pretty cold out. We are supposed to get snow tomorrow.
    My wife volunteered to make macaroni and meatballs instead. For an Irish chick she could out cook my Sicilian mother, probably explains why they weren’t he best of buddies.

    Homebrew American Stout off the tap. Based off Sierra Nevada Stout as extract recipe. Wish I didn't use US-04 yeast, as it's on the fruity side, but not as green as when fresh. Tasting well after being over 1.5 years old. Need to brew an NEIPA for the next keg. Irish red ale is tasting fantastic too after cold conditioning!
