    @Eddiehop - I made your Pappardelle Bolognese recipe today, outstanding!! The only changes i made was that I used all beef since I already had it, and I added a teaspoon of crushed Thai chilies to bring on a little heat. Thanks for that recipe, definitely a keeper.

    I can handle beer for hours on end without much of a problem and can handle a lot of wine and most times not too much of a problem. But bourbon damn kicks my butt every time.

    My wife pretty much gave up booze years ago. Maybe 1 or 2 vodka tonics per yr. Other than that it is red wine Me, beer than 2 hefty whiskies, red wine then back to beer. Been my routine for years.
