Well I've been loving the Cities: Skylines tutorials. I have a big grasp on infrastructure planning to do some scenarios to completion. The Pork Tenderloin was amazing again. I cooked it a bit more than I wanted, 170F, but it was still really juicy with some crunchy exterior.

Elysian Contact Haze. Excellent NEIPA. Great fluffy head retention/foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, red apple, coconut, guava, blueberry, raspberry, currant, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine hops; with moderate cracker, white bread dough, biscuit, light toasted malts; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, minty, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6%, or lingering hop burn after the finish. Awesome El Dorado, Mosaic, Southern Passion, Sabro, Citra, and Sultana profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. No complaints, meets all expectations.

    Cheers

@beerdedking I always thought the 2nd disc of SDOIT was way underrated, but probably because it was overshadowed by the first 5 tracks. I've got pretty much any DT album memorized, except the more recent ones.

It has been a long time but I have had moonshine in Virginia and Pennsylvania. I now keep my distance from it.

It's probably only because you haven't had true CRAFT moonshine; where bearded bros and bluegrass soundtracks playing in the background combine to form a true but clear symphony of pure brain-rotting and liver-staining goodness. Cheers to that!

Remember when blood orange in IPAs was all the rage 3 or 4 years ago? This is in that vein and works exceptionally well, IMHO. Rev rocks.

If you can't tell already, I'm in a mood.
Somewhere between good and bad. Somewhere like SCORN. Cheers...
This one's for @superspak - haven't listened to DT since this album, so need go back into the discography, but this song I remember vividly. Cheers!

#2, continuing the beer fridge cleanup, this one inadvertently slipped behind some stuff and subsequently is approaching 9 months old (as in 3 days from now). It’s held up remarkably well, especially given the instructions on the can to “DRINK ASAP IN A CLEAN, WIDE MOUTHED GLASS.”

The glass (courtesy of my beer nerd friend @beertunes) is certainly clean, but this is decidedly not ASAP.

Another awesome beer by @Roguer . This exceeds expectations. The aroma is super tropical and combined with the well-balanced flavor profile (and a prolonged bitterness) it is an instant classic. Loving it. Glad I have one more.
