A summertime Deep Wood release, sure why not! Equally as good as the keg that was in at the party last year! 10 lbs of Dark Matter beans per barrel basically makes this a cold brew coffee!

I just got a PS3 Emulator installed and I downloaded LittleBigPlanet and Resistance Fall Of Man. Probably going to have to get one of the Uncharted series next.

Stone Neverending Haze IPA. Excellent session NEIPA. Opaquely murky. Great fluffy head retention/foamy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine hops; with moderate wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, toasted malts; and herbal/floral/grassy hop earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and body; balanced creamy/bready/grainy malts, sticky hops, and some resins/rinds in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing resin dryness; no hop astringency. Very smooth/soft, zero warming 4%, with minimal lingering hop burn after the finish. Awesome Citra/Mosaic profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great wheat/oat/malt backbone for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. No complaints. Held up extremely well for December canning. Loved the hop profile as expected.

I’m beginning to get to the last of my Fox Farm and it makes me sad. Everything I’ve had from them has been absolute class and this ipa showcasing Nelson is no exception. A wow beer for sure.

Spent yesterday with my father and grandfather, great to get all the men together.

Today I’m with my wife and kids.

Grilling some home made wild boar sausage, we hunted them earlier this year. Delicious.

 

Just to show that I wasn't lying.

 

Please save some of that sausage for me!
