    drinking through these today. Working nicely. Fairly tangy and drying. Chili is working. Now I wait. Made a “jailhouse grilled cheese” my brother taught me. Toast or not ....two pieces of bread. Fill with cheese. Microwave 20 seconds. Who knew. I know he does :laughing: Cheers

    First a Jai Alai IPA with an excellent salad.

    Thanks! Bob called off about an hour ago ‘cause it’s 96°in the shade and the heat index is 104°. He’ll bring the concrete tomorrow morning and we’ll finish phase 1 of the shed project. Cheers, and stay cool in your pool!

    Roast beef, fried egg, smoked cheddar, peppers, onion and hollandaise.
    Never had one before and it was fuckin great. Deadwood is only 70 miles away, so I will have more down the road. :beers:

    Mangohallonfeber by Brewski, 5.5% ABV APA.
    My kind of beer! Bitter with a lot of tropical fruits. Really delicious. A bit creamier mouthfeel and we'd have a winner.
