    First up today a blind beer!

    16 oz can poured into a wine glass

    A- A hazy copper with a two finger white head. 3.75

    S- Citrus, piney, slightly floral, some peaches and pale malts. 4

    T- Citrus, papaya, a little piney/floral, touch of pale malts. 4.25

    M- Smooth, medium body. 4

    O- Tasty like a nice NEIPA, hops aren’t aggressive but nicely balanced. 4


    It turns I was off by a decent amount being that it is a foeder Vienna lager, but read the description from the brewery I feel like I was less off being heavily hopped for the style.

    Kids are going crazy on a blowup jumpy water slide thing. First time ever with this one. Definitely very good with a slightly bitter orange taste dominating. Tastes almost like when the orange juice sits in the fridge too long, and mixed with an old school mall food court Orange Julius. Going to have to drink it quick since it's 101° out right now, but the atleast the humidity is super low. Pretty comfortable sitting in the shade.

    Yeah, I didn't get the Stones for a long while, found they had a stretch of albums I liked ('68 - '72), though I still didn't get into their grander appeal. I had a similar experiences with The Beatles. Springsteen was another I got later on, though I better understood his appeal as I delved into it further.

    look: 4 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75

    Fine clear amber body; great carbonation; thick, frothy white head, sticky rings of foam left around the glass. Zesty, herbal aroma; vegetal. The taste is much like the smell; peppery and spicy; earthy hop bitterness. Medium body; fairly coarse on the palate; somewhat juicy but mostly dry overall.

    I haven't had too many gluten-free beers, and this one is the first one to have much appeal to me. It was a toss-up to give an overall rating of 3.5 or 3.75, but the beer manages to be slightly better than the sum of its parts.
