Beer and a salad is a good lunch, but Lunch at lunch is a better lunch... Cheers!

 

Poured into a 13 oz long stem tulip glass canned on 7/9/2020. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves gobs of lace with excellent retention. 4.5

Smell slightly herbal gonja, melon, fresh cut grass, tangerine, stone fruit, and apricot. 4.25

Taste follows a little marijuana, cantaloupe, tangerine, pineapple, stone fruit, and apricot. Really balanced and nice. 4.5

Mouthfeel is bigger than medium, maybe a tad sticky and a little dry, soft gentle carbonation, and at 7.5 % ABV it drinks a tad bigger. 4.5

Overall this is kind of East meets West, some tropical and some bitterness, reminds me a little bit of Second Fiddle or Sip Of Sunshine, this is a really nice IPA. 4.5

 

I figure I would have at least one Stone Brewing Company beer while in Southern California. This is the new w00tstout. This is the freshest that I have had this beer. I think it is better with a little age on it. I am getting ready to order some breakfast from NORMS, followed by lunch at In-N-Out Burger. After that, there will be a special all-day opening of Club @RaulMondesi, after he has his assistant pick me up in his Bugatti. Reports indicate that a line has already formed for the opening. It is great to hear @Justonemore91 had a successful surgery! @Roguer, I would like to wish you a very happy horns up Friday!

 

Lagabie`re microbreweries Ta Meilleure NEIPA......clearly the best Canadian NEIPA I've ever had.....

 

I am, and what a strange time to be here. Las Vegas and Brewers at Dodgers plans have been scrapped, but Club @RaulMondesi stays open. I will probably just sleep on the purple couch at the club this weekend.
