    good afternoon BA's
    It's a scorcher out there, my thermometer says 99 degrees
    this one is very refreshing and hitting the spot

    Daze from Tree House, Hazes baby brother. Notes of ripe stone fruit and a bit tart/dry and an easy drinking 6.9 abv single AIPA.
    @Ocalafox I just got word from my wife I'm grilling supper:cold_sweat:, they love to torture us. I hope I don't pass out and wake up with grill marks on my already ugly mug.

    A Florida Man DIPA while my peach/apple pie comes out of the oven to set:

    Roast and veggies out of crockpot at 7pm. Dinner with side salad serves at 7:15... come on over, there’s plenty! I’ll even crack a BA Stout to go with the pie. Cheers brothers and sisters of the Now!

    Rewind 22-23 years. I’m 18, 19 years old, hanging out at Freys Hotel bar in Stockholm. Having Duvel, Chimay and this, maybe the first ”sour” beer I ever had. I never had a chance.

    Pale yellow-orange body, medium cloudiness; decent white head, creamy and sticky; rings and fingers of lacing decorate the glass. A little oaty, a little citrusy on the nose. Mild citrus flavor riding atop a light malt base. Medium body; gently coarse on the palate; lightly sweet juiciness throughout.

    This is a decent and fairly refreshing pale ale.

    @tasterschoice62. Best to you and your departed friend. I got the same call once at 1.15 in the morning but it was older brother. Drowned in a boat salvaging job and it definitely leaves a lasting impression

    Today has certainly been challenging: I rented a Uhaul to move my partner's remaining major items (mostly furniture) from Jax. She's been living with me for months anyway; this was the last step.

    Heat index over 100. Fun! It took one hour just to load up the dumpster run:

    Then a quick Publix lunch, a Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA (from the bottle; glassware was packed away), and several bottles of water:

    I refuse to unload the truck until the sun goes down. :stuck_out_tongue:
