Hahaha yeah I was going to say - if it warranted some critique then that would be it. And like you say makes sense given how much they have on offer right now. Luckily for me @algebeeric_topology sending me up a bunch of ACE. But interested to see how this shapes up/lasts

Not that this may bother people that otherwise wouldn't have access, but make sure you read the small print. At least in this initial delivery, there are 6 beers in scope and you have to buy all of them. So either a 12 pack to get 2 of each. Or a full case where you get a 4 pack of each. Superfun, Green City, Hop Showers, Mystic Greens, ACE and All Together.

Cool if you never/rarely get your hands on OH. Less so if you're hankering after a case of ACE or whatever the latest HDHC² triple collab is

 

Yep. But as I'm firmly in the former camp, I've already placed an order for a 12-pack.

 

yeah I’m overall stoked and hope it expands out from here. If I didn’t have some ACE coming my way I would have ordered too

 

I wonder how they pack these boxes in this heat. Seems like something to wait until Fall for I'd think, since a 120 degree delivery truck can't be ideal. But I thought the same thing about EQ and people are buying I guess, so maybe the delivery isn't too big an issue in terms of impact on the quality of the beer.

 

So I am liking this FLX 1st Anny a lot. Mostly hides the 10%, it’s there a little but not like some of the triples OH does where they are hot for a week or so. Lots of citrus at first and there’s a nice hop burn there near the end. Def enjoy it more than I enjoyed 6th.

I wish they would put the price first so I don't waste time reading the description. Lesson learned!

For anyone who actually going and picking up beer at OH, go grab Perpetual Motion from Folksbier if you are looking for a comparable & less expensive hazy IPA. Man I love Folksbier for the chill vibe and the array of well done styles. The Recurring Dreams is hit or miss but this Perpetual Motion is insanely good

 

I love their lagers and pilsners. Going to make a trip there this week. Thanks for the recommendation

Brewed in collaboration with our friends @otherhalfnyc, as the companion beer to InterHalf, we had to make OtherBoro. Light fresh cut grass aroma with honey and a hint of lime zest. Dry, crisp, lightly bitter. Brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with Saaz + Motueka. Fermented with a southern German lager yeast strain.

 

Sous vide, but in an EQ truck

 

FWIW EQ cans a brown and oxidized before they go in the truck.
