What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #2839

Starting with a nice Plisner.

 

Have a beer pick up midday, maybe some wings and brews later today.

Pouring another excellent Revolution Brewing collaboration, this one with Piece Brewery & Pizza, Little Dreamer. This is a crystal clear 5% Pale Ale, full of flavor and easy drinking.



Now many people head to one of the downtown chains for "stuffed" or "deep dish" pizza when they fly in to Chicago searching for pizza, or if they are near Lincoln Park the place with the "caramelized" crust (we just call it burnt, cause that is what it is).

For my money, give me LaVilla which you can bring to or have delivered to Revolution Brewery, or Piece Pizza which in addition to great beers serves up "New Haven" style pizza that is on point. And while pepperoni is America's top topping request, sausage (pronounced SAW-zidge) reigns supreme here.

Dreaming of great pizza, and songs new and old, as this great day unfolds.

Fantastic WCIPA, but how "vicious" can a mosquito really be? Pernicious might be the better adjective, but that's already trademarked by a weed from a brewery back East I suppose.

 

Quarterly Business Review meeting all day...this will help get me through it. A clean and solid East meets West IPA -

So good. Tropical, full bodied, and not too sweet.
