It's a beer website. However, during a global pandemic, it's important that people are aware of travel restrictions when visiting states for leisure activities.

I frequent the Germany forum and it's frustrating to see them post that life is relatively normal there now.

There has been a recent surge, but they're probably on top of it.

In all seriousness, if you live in Mass and wanna go elsewhere in New England, make an appointment to drive into Boston and get a test...free, outside, in out in 5 minutes, and not painful.

    Luscious
and Heady Topper are great beers. We went the week
Parkland made the news and it got quite warm by week's end.

Though we kept our stash in the garage of our rental, the beer
got a little too warm and though not lost, the uncooperative temps
definitely caused a flavor shift. Heady needs to be drunk the first
week, I'm convinced. Draft versions blew away the canned version
    we popped back home.

Never made it to Hill-Farmstead, to be corrected next time around.

Yes, when we’re talking about people wanting to travel to and vacation in a state (your state) that has handled the pandemic well from their much more impacted state with brewery visits (the beer part of your question) being one of the main reasons for the trip. State restrictions and requirements is more than relevant.

Since this is the most active VT thread:

Best beer shop/grocery store to buy cans near St J or East Burke? Not finding a lot on google, and not able to hit HF during their current Wed-Fri schedule. Thanks!

(And yes, visiting from a safe NH county)

Actually, the little general Willougby Lake Store store on the right in Westmore had so so much good stuff in it. Ladies house is right up the road so we were pumped. Loads of heady and focal on a Saturday too. Maybe 20 minutes from East Burke tops.

    https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/germany/

1219 cases yesterday, and only 5 deaths...in the entire country of 80 million people.

But I think the CDC's warning is for international travel and warning people not to travel there. Mainly because Covid is still there, so you don't want people traveling there for leisure purposes.

But yes, their country is doing fantastic with this. Arguably better than any other.

Hit Schilling if you’re going by way of 93.

Schilling (goses and kolschs) and Resilience (hazys) have been my favorite finds of this trip so far. Super solid.

You'll pay for it... but Kingdom Taproom has quite a nice selection of bottles and cans to go -

I would have said From Barrel to Bottle in Danville, but I think they're closed.

The last I remember, Cole's Redemption in St J had a decent selection. Good luck

Burlington is our last stop. Any suggestions on the best place to load up before heading home?

Also, the Mrs is a big cider fan. Any suggestions on cideries to visit on our trip?

802 bed is a fine store but a little out of the way and they will not have anything you can not find at other places
For the largest selection Beverage warehouse in Winooski. Healthy living (local version of whole foods) is my go to though. they also have a good cider selection and plenty of snack/ pre made food options.
