    The sun came out pretty much exactly when my shift finished. So I hurried home on the bike and cracked open the coldest beer I could find in the fridge.

    Double Dippy Doo by Dry & Bitter, 7.5% ABV DDH DIPA.
    One of my absolute favorite Danish IPA's. Heck, just one of my favorite IPA's, period! It's one of those beers I just have to buy a couple of cans off whenever I see it. Velvety-smooth mouthfeel and tons of sweet, tropical flavours. Cheers and happy Friday everyone!

    @eppCOS I like the term ZUI. Very clever. That’s the second Zoom related term I’ve heard lately. The other is Zumped. Getting dumped on Zoom.

    This just landed at my local grocery store, so had to pick up a sixer. I was a little wary about the divergent opinions but then again - every SN Oktoberfest even with the German breweries has had polarizing opinions.

    Mine:

    There's something a little off about the aroma and taste. The hops are not quite right. The malt base is not quite right. It doesn't taste like a Festbier or a Marzen to me. But as an Autumnal lager (SF summers are like most people's autumn anyway) with less crispness and more body and fuller flavor, I won't have any problems crushing the six pack.
