    Clear golden liquid with a few streams of big bubbled carbonation crowned by a fizzy white two finger foam cap, good retention, settles to a pencil thin fizzy layer, some lacings

    Aroma is grass, straw, hay, malts, yeast

    Taste is grassy, straw. Malts , yeasty

    Crisp , gentle hop bite , medium sudsing , hops linger in the aftertaste

    Good beer

    fog on the marsh from this mornings ride

    Hop Butcher Hidden Secret Cave Milkshake DIPA (pineapple, strawberry, banana, coconut, vanilla, lactose, Citra/Rakau). Straight pina colada, with banana, strawberry, and coconut all there in spades too. Crazy good!

    Been wanting to try this but it always escaped me. Very good. Notes of citrus, nectarine, oak, and Brett. Just not as sour as I expected it to be. [​IMG]

    Strawberry is something that is associated with Strata as well, I believe, although I have personally never really gotten it. I only had about 4-5 Strata IPAs so far though.
