    Thanks, there's always Thai chilies in the mix :grin:. That's a staple around here lol. This was kind of a hybrid - I used some homemade dry BBQ seasoning and a TBSP of Jamaican Jerk seasoning along with a heaping tsp of Thai chilies. The BBQ seasoning had a little brown sugar in it so it lent a subtle sweetness to the taste. Cheers!

    Pomona Island (UK) - My Rose Has Left Me.

    This has got a rather interesting flavour profile to it, probably due to the HBC 692 hops used here, which add some slightly floral and rather herbal notes, bringing sage to mind, along with the more common citrus and tropical notes. I'm a little conflicted about this, because while I rather like some herbal accents in my IPAs, I'm not keen on floral accents at all, to be honest.

    Works over thank fuck. I can't wait for this week to be over. 3 more. Dear Bernie if you want me to throw you a rally just collect a bunch of used junkers from Trump supporters in the south, a couple cases of Jack Daniels and some really loud speakers. We'll block off Lake Shore Drive and drive all the way through southern Indiana on 41 listening to Motorhead.

    Fuck last March I went there before seeing Metallica. Last August I saw Alice in Chains and Iron Maiden on back to back days. What a letdown this year has been

    Thanks! They always come out great following Alton Brown's grilling technique - 4 minutes on each side rotating 90 degrees every 4 minutes. Chicken always comes out really moist and perfectly cooked. The skewers help to cook the chicken from the inside out. Cheers!
