Carton + Other Half. This was canned on 8/19 and Carton's Kolsch yeast and the wheat in the grist are now dominating the fruit.

 

This stuff is good ...

My only experience with Franz was at a food truck in Cincinnati. It's a really good Märzen! We get some Rhinegeist distro here but I haven't seen Franz yet. Too bad!

 

Maybe it's Hühnerflügel instead of halb hänchen, but they're still pommes fries

Today's step of Giardiniera is done. I'll post my next beer when I get to it (soon).

Twenty habaneros and forty serranos and a head of garlic


Then put it in a bunch of white vinegar, water, and salt, and wait a couple days before the next step.

 

Thanks V - this was difficult to make as I didn't want to be the point of focus and when you are within three feet of a 10" stainless steel sphere without resorting to photoshop that can be difficult
