    Not too long ago, before COVID, I could pretty much see Hayes Carl play on at least a monthly basis in Houston. Wish that could happen again. Always a great show, and he could vary it up with either solo acoustic shows, full band, or small trio shows.

    My best friend from elementary school years taught me about Einstein's theory of relativity and early on he was a radical animal rights proponent. When we were six he kicked the crap out of two older boys for killing a large water snake. His Dad was an engineer at Western Electric here and they were involved with the Nike missile system. Nike (missiles) seem to have been pretty far ahead of the times. George went to Yale and now nurtures lemurs.

    Getting an early start before I go turn some compost and see if I've got any ready to spread on the impending garlic bed.

    Drinking a 2020 favorite, great modern WC style and the folks at New Glory seem to keep it fresh always.
