    look: 4.25 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.25

    Golden amber color; fine carbonation gently rising; thick and frothy white head, dense and sculpted. Earthy sweetness to the smell; herbal and floral. Outstanding toasted grain base flavor with a mild caramel sweetness; quiet hop bitterness initially that builds to a medium intensity. Medium body; mild sharpness complements the dull sweetness; somewhat sweet, somewhat dry.

    Another beer I've had recently that winds up being slightly better than the sum of its parts. This Oktoberfest beer nails the style with a fine, earthy malt base and a prominent yet balanced classic hop bitterness.

    Knocked out a quick 200 rounds of 9mm on the Dillon XL750. Everything is put away so time for a fresh Pernicious.

    This whole album just blew us away in high school. Go Johnny go......Floyd Radford rhythm guitar was a software engineer at Lockheed Martin last I knew. I can check locator tomorrow and see if he's still there.

    4 Noses Hamster Ball DIPA as the ribs bathe in smoke. The beer is west coast dank and quite easy drinking for 8.4%.

    Too harsh and ethanol-forward with some plasticy notes. Fun hop combo and some good stuff going on underneath, but not one I would reach for again because it just tastes like a bad ferment.
