What beer are you drinking now? #2896

Taking a second swing at Collective Arts IPA No. 14, the latest in this one-off series. It's a double dry-hopped DIPA made with Citra, Motueka and Idaho 7 hops. 7.1% ABV. I'll stick with my initial assessment and say it's at about the midway point of the series in terms of quality. While I love this brewery, I think over the last year or so they've leaned too heavily on IPA's/DIPA's and Sours. I would like to see them branch out more across styles. The Origin Of Darkness Stout/Porter collabs they did were excellent. I'd like to see more of these heavier styles from this brewery. Cheers.

Good afternoon BA
My first IPA in about two months

I'm not a fan of juicy IPAs at all, but I speculated that Bell's would sneak some IBUs in there to please the Midwestern palate. I was right. If they were selling this in the northeast, there would be riots. Only one other BA review and @Junior said the same thing. Good IPA by me, but absolutely mislabeled. Cheers all!

 

The best BIF box I ever received was from @WesMantooth. Among a crapload of other things, including food it had a few of their beers and a hat from the brewery. Wear it all the time.

 

I hate drinking there. Those bastards are super judgmental.
