    @Grimm_Artisanal_Ales I'm LOVING Double Something El Dorado by Finback and it reminds me of the good things you've said about the El Dorado in Lambo Door. What are the chances we get Hyperfocus El Dorado some time soon?

    Any plans on a triple decoction mash, once play around in the double mash wheelhouse for a bit? In any case, looking forward to see how much character you get out of the Vienna with the double decoction mash, assuming it can be found outside the brewery

    The malt character is really lovely, lots of rich maillard reaction flavors! Of course we don't have a regular step-mashed version we could show side by side. The closest comparison might be between Cross Stitch (decoction) and Festooning (not decoction this year, but probably will be next year).

    One of the better batches of Double Negative I remember. Plenty of roast and a very slight acridity that balances the sweetness that is there, sneaky smooth 10%. Wonder if a 7-8% little brother could find its way into four packs someday...
