    Well darmnit. My original plan was to flash on all these philly kids with a dry aged cheesesteak with provolone. Sadly I am way to drunk the slice this ribrye thin enough so I must forfeit and will have carnitas againl

    Somebody correct me if I’m wrong. My two best friends growing up one was born in Puerto Rico the other in Jamaica. They both hated peanut butter said they didn’t have it there. Maybe it is a US thing.

    I am drinking Stonecutter Scotch Ale by Renaissance Brewing Company in New Zealand. A little Wee Heavy to start the afternoon. 7% ABV with all the malty aroma and flavour one would expect. There is a moderate smokiness and peaty flavour to the beer that enhances it IMO. I would say that this is merging into English Barleywine territory-with a slightly lighter body-and would be enjoyed by those who favour that style. A really wonderful beer. Bought three and will definitely buy more. Cheers.

    I had some cans of it. Good beer, this is slightly higher in abv and maybe more hoppy, otherwise the same I think. Pretty darn good DIPA. Cheers! :beers:
