Good afternoon, advocates. I haven't had this beer in a long time, so I'm very interested to see how I perceive it. Cheers!!!

Have a good Monday. Just coming down off the best weekend of my life. I was playing video games last night, then talked on skype with my GF for a half hour. I keep getting a flickering screen on my LED TV, but I updated the new drivers, so hopefully it will stop fucking up.

    Always amazing.

I should have had this yesterday when it was in the 70s, instead of today when it's in the 30s.
    Tasty either way.

    4.21/5 rDev 0%
    look: 4 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.25

Pours a semi murky golden color. 2 finger really fluffy white head. Retention is good. There's some nice lacing on the glass.
The nose has a nice orange aroma to it. There's also, mixed in, the standard "wheat" aromas - banana and cloves. A good combination.
Taste - Like the nose - it's a combination of the wheat flavors, and a nice orange flavor mixed in to it.
The body is clean. It feels good in my mouth.
I'm really enjoying this beer. I can just imagine how good this would be on a hot summer day.

The rain started blowing sideways, hard, so I’ve ditched the patio in favor of my office - KBS:

Bottled 2/7/19. Must get more KBS...the box I received as a gift last month while visiting my WV pals, and courtesy of the old dead burled maple tree formerly in my mom’s front yard...Cheers y’all!

    16 oz. can.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a more than one inch light pink head over a purplish maroon body with some lacing. Nose of blueberry and cherry fruit with blueberry mostly. Taste mirrors nose with blueberry taking charge and not too sour, but sour enough. Nice feel and overall, a very refreshing sour offering to enjoy on a 70° November day in northern Vermont.
Cheers to the boys of Tunbridge, VT!!

Somewhat bizarre listening to Christmas tunes on the station which switched over last Tuesday while walking in summer clothes.

At Spiteful, first beer here is an excellent 3.7% English Bitter, Bitter Ben.

Would have preferred a single, but wasn't an option ordering on line. Tasty enough, but the cost of admission a bit high.

So I purchased a 4pk of Boss Tweed last week which is hard to find in these parts. They had 2 left so I didnt bother to check the date - which Im usually a fanatic about doing. Actually poured one and posted it. Initially it looked off but yup then it tasted off. Checked date and it was from July. I will say Im not a nut about IPAs being more than a month old and "no way will I drink them." (Some more than others). This beer was off...and too old. At 20 bucks sorry you're going to get a call. So I did and they reluctantly took it back trying to explain that the beer "is more malt forward" than many IPAs. (Which incidentally Im not entirely in disagreement with) Any July date on that beer is too old. So I traded for this dayed 10/14 and is a very tasty beverage. Had it before and it tastes just as good. Point is also dont argue with someone thats been in hospitality/restaurants for 40 years. Ive been through hell and back and the customer is always "right". You will never win that battle with me. Cheers!
