    Clamato Picante and a shot of Stolichnaya with a lager. V8 is good too but I switched to Clamato because my Bloody Mary's turned out so well.

    Drinking a 2016 Central Waters Brewer's Reserve Bourbon Barrel Scotch Ale right now. Rich and exuberant notes of toasted brown bread, caramel, dark toffee, molasses, mild chocolate, dark stone fruit notes, plum, black cherry, some red grape, dried fig, raisins, dates, marshmallow, vanilla, bourbon barrel, oak, sweet tobacco, leather, and mild earthy floral hops balancing. Real nice like usual, rich, kinda dark, slightly sweet, complex, interesting and lovely. Cheers everyone!

    I enjoy pastry stouts and I know they're sweet. This one no exception and very nice but the cinnamon is a little too much.

    Someone explain something for me. Yesterday i picked up a 25 pound box off the porch that was delivered by FedEx. No feat of strength but given that I am almost 70 and have had MS for 26 years not too shabby either. Not a problem. My question is today I bent over to sweep up a dead bug on the floor using a dust pan. Felt my back go out. Again! Three times in a year doing similar actions. Does not make sense. What is the deal?
